Step Two

Once you can see the menu bar, go to "Tools" and select "Accounts...".

Click on "Add..."

Step Four

Select "E-mail Account" and click "Next".

Step Five

In the first box, enter your email address.

Next enter in your password. If you would like it to remember your password, check the box below the password field.

For display name, enter the name you would like to appear in the "From" field of email sent from this account.

Click "Next"

Step Six

Make sure that POP3 is selected for the "My incoming mail server is a ____ server" field.
